I started out playing 25nl. Mostly because there were no good 50nl games going. I played about 1.3k hands and ended up down 1 buy-in. It was a swingy session and couldn't get my big hands to hold. The same thing with 50nl.
I put in 900 hands and ended up -120.00. I played the pot limit games as they were super soft, but again couldn't get my big hands to hold up. I haven't been able to put in a solid winning session in the past week. Its really starting to get to me. Like Oz, my confidence is absolutely shot. Not sure what I exactly want or need to do to get this fixed, but I guess I am just going to keep grinding it out.
Here was a really tough hand from today. I think I should have either shoved the flop or folded. Of course I was leaning towards folding as I did on the turn but I really hate calling the flop and just folding to a blank turn. I think its super spewey and need to be able to fold these easier.
Villain is 18vpip 14pfr and 5.5 agf and folds to cbet only 22 percent of the time over 281 hands. I dont know if he would over value KQ or AQ here. Also, if he riases this flop with AQ he's going tob e betting the turn to protect against draws.
Maybe this is a spot where I should get the money in because of how drawy this board is. I dont know...

His range on the flop is a flush draw, bluffs (small pp and air), 33 and 88. Occasionally AQ or KQ. Given that, and the fact that he's so aggressive and never folds to c-bets I would call the flop raise. Fold to a spade turn if he bets, and CRAI on a non Q turn. Or if he's the type you've seen raise w/ a flush draw, but then take the free card on the turn. Call the flop raise...and lead a safe turn and get it in if he shoves over you.
