What do we think of starting to set group "strategic' goals? I mean set goals and ways for us to finally start getting moved up. I think we should all list our goals, what we can do to get there and what we can do to help each other achieve our goals.
Josh has given us all an amazingly valuable opportunity here and a lot of us dont seem to be taking full advantage of it. I know that until recently I wasn't as focused as I should be and my game has really suffered for it the past few month. I've been thinking a lot this last week about what I need to get to my goals and I have all the resources in the world to get there, I've just been lacking the hardwork and determination to really apply myself 197%.
Honestly this isn't like me. Everything that I have ever decided I was going to do and set out to do it I have achieved. At the risk of sounding boastful, I am generally good at everything that I do. Everything from being good at video games to card to doing back flips on bicycles. I usually completely involve myself in everything that I do. For some reason though, my poker game has plateaued. As you can see from my graph I think I stopped giving it 197% the last few months.
what do we think?

I think this is a good idea. Besides posting our individual goals, we should try and come up with some sort of homework assignments. Say, once a week someone sends out a hand and then everyone gets a couple days to think about it. Then, before the start of the next session, we all give our feedback and discuss the relevant concepts within the hand.
That's a great idea Chad, I love looking at HH.
